7-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy, starting from the date of your purchase, for all video courses, PLR video courses, and MRR video courses on Uthena.
All refund requests must be submitted directly through your Uthena account at: https://shopify.com/68910219364/account
Refund requests made by email or other channels will not be accepted.
Before filing your request, we encourage you to reach out via your account so we have the opportunity to resolve any issue to your satisfaction.
When your refund is issued:
You will be unenrolled from the course(s), bundle(s), and bonuses you received.
Any PLR/MRR license(s) will be revoked.
You are required to delete all downloaded files and any copy of the PLR/MRR license issued.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Because all of our products are digital, we do not accept refunds for:
Purchases made more than 7 days ago
Sale items or discounted bundles
Gift cards
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your digital purchase within 14 days for any reason. However, by downloading or accessing digital content, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is waived once the digital service has begun.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us through your account.
