At Uthena, all of our products are digital downloads and online course licenses. This means you don’t have to wait for physical shipping—your purchase is delivered instantly and securely through our platform.
Digital Delivery
After completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital product(s).
An order confirmation email with download links or access instructions will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
In most cases, delivery is instant. If you do not receive your product within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
- If your delivery is not received within 1 hour, please contact our support team so that we can process the order manually. You will receive the files within 2 working days.
No Physical Shipping
We do not ship any physical goods.
Since our products are digital, there are no shipping costs, handling fees, or delays.
International Availability
Our digital downloads and licenses are available worldwide.
All orders are fulfilled electronically, so you can access your purchase from anywhere.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us through your account.
